GLUTEN FREE

I used Krusteaz Gluten Free cake.

4 Bananas

  • They were not fully ripe so I mashed and let sit out while i did other things

3 eggs

  • Tried to get them room temperature. They sat out for about 15 minutes tho

1/3 cup of evoo

1 box Krusteaz yellow cake

EXTRAS

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • Splash of vanilla extract

I mixed the bananas, eggs, and oil until it was frothyish. I then poured the cake mix in. I mixed this all up in my counter mixer for about 2 minutes. This makes it fluffy and light.

Then I added the extras and folded all that other stuff in with a spatula.

I poured the batter into two square pans and then baked for 30 minutes.

We ate one pan that’s how delicious it was.

STORING

Let the pan cool down completely. Wrap in tin foil. I then put it into a plastic bag, then put in the freezer. DATE IT

Probably lasts for 3 months.

To re heat, just take it out of the freezer, pop in the oven at 300 for 20 minutes

 HOW WAS IT ?

A good quality cake will have a soft, velvety texture without weakness, and it should not be crumbly.

MOISTURE - very moist and delicious

TEXTURE - (should be smooth and pliable)

It was definitely a hit.. All the things were so good in there

Moisture and texture is better than any cake ive had
